NBA Plumber home Call

Services

Commercial plumbing and facility maintenance, from one company.

The plumbing that keeps a building open, and the repairs and upkeep that keep it presentable. Most sites need both, so we do both.

Trade 01

Commercial Plumbing

Repair, replacement and install work on the systems a building can’t run without: water, waste, gas and the fixtures people use every day.

Request plumbing service
Service and repair calls
Leaks, running or stopped fixtures, low pressure, failed valves and anything else that has a restroom, kitchen or suite out of use.
Drain and sewer lines
Clearing stopped drains and main lines, and repairing or replacing damaged sections of drain, waste and vent piping.
Water heaters
Repair and replacement of tank and tankless water heaters, including the valves, venting and connections that go with them.
Backflow testing
Testing of backflow prevention assemblies on your water service, and repair or replacement when one fails.
Fixtures and restrooms
Toilets, urinals, flush valves, lavatories, faucets, mop sinks and drinking fountains, repaired or replaced to match what is there.
Gas lines
Gas piping to water heaters, kitchen equipment and other appliances: new runs, reconnections and leak repairs.
Grease interceptors
Repair and replacement of grease interceptors and traps, and the kitchen lines that drain into them.
Tenant build-out rough-in and trim
Rough-in plumbing for new or remodeled suites, then fixture setting and trim-out once the walls and floors are finished.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled checks of water heaters, drains, fixtures and shut-off valves so small problems are found before they close a restroom.

Trade 02

Commercial Handyman & Facility Maintenance

The repairs and upkeep that pile up between bigger projects. When a plumbing repair opens a wall, the same crew can close it.

Request maintenance service
Doors, closers and hardware
Adjusting or replacing door closers, hinges, locksets, panic hardware and thresholds so doors close, latch and lock properly.
Drywall and paint touch-up
Patching holes, dings and access cuts, then texturing and painting so the repair blends with the wall around it.
Ceiling tile
Replacing stained, sagging or broken ceiling tiles and straightening the grid after work above the ceiling.
Fixture and accessory installs
Mounting and replacing soap and towel dispensers, mirrors, partition hardware, shelving and other restroom and break-room items.
Punch lists
Working through the small items left after a move-in, turnover or build-out until the list is closed.
ADA grab bars
Installing and re-securing grab bars in restrooms, anchored into blocking or solid backing.
Caulking and sealing
Removing failed caulk and resealing around fixtures, counters, backsplashes, windows and door frames.
Preventive maintenance rounds
Scheduled walk-throughs to check and fix doors, fixtures, finishes and accessories, with notes for each location.

How a service request works

From the first call to a closed ticket.

The same four steps whether it is one leaking faucet or a list of repairs across several locations.

What to include in a request
  1. 01

    You call or email

Tell us the location, what is wrong and where in the building, plus any PO or work order number you use.

  2. 02

    We schedule it

You get a time and the name of the person coming, and one contact to reach if anything changes.

  3. 03

    The work gets done

We protect the work area, make the repair, and clean up and haul off old parts before we leave.

  4. 04

    The ticket closes

You get notes: what we found, what we did, and anything that still needs attention.

Questions

Common questions from facility and property managers.

Short answers. For anything not covered here, call or email the service desk.

Contact the service desk
Which states do you serve?
Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky. Our headquarters is in Tennessee. See the service area for how coverage works in each state.
Do you do plumbing and handyman work?
Yes. We are a commercial plumbing contractor and a handyman / facility maintenance company in one, so a plumbing repair that opens a wall can be closed by the same crew.
Can you cover locations in more than one state?
Yes. Multi-site operators get one service desk and one point of contact for every location in the four states.
How do I request service?
Call (615) 845-6166 or email services@nbaplumber.com with the location, the problem, the on-site contact and any PO or work order number. What to include in a request.
How do we set you up as a vendor?
Send your vendor setup packet and work order process to the service desk. We complete the packet and set up your locations with you, and we work from your work orders and NTEs if you use them.
Are you hiring?
We hire commercial service plumbers, plumbing apprentices, maintenance / handyman technicians and service coordinators. See commercial plumbing and maintenance jobs.
