About NBA Plumber
A commercial contractor for the buildings businesses run on.
We do commercial plumbing and handyman / facility maintenance for businesses in Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky. This page is about how we do it.
Who we are
Commercial plumbing and facility maintenance, under one name.
Two trades that most commercial buildings need, from one company that answers for both.
NBA Plumber works for the people who get the call when something in a building breaks: property managers, facility managers, restaurant and retail operators, office tenants, multi-site operators and general contractors.
On the plumbing side, that means service calls, drain and sewer lines, water heaters, backflow testing, fixtures, gas lines and grease interceptors. On the maintenance side, it is doors and hardware, drywall and paint touch-up, ceiling tile, punch lists and preventive maintenance rounds.
We keep the two under one roof for a plain reason. A plumbing repair often leaves a wall to patch or a ceiling tile to replace. When one company handles both, you schedule one visit, deal with one contact, and the job is finished when we leave.
We are headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee and work across Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky. We don’t take residential work. Everything we do is set up around commercial buildings and the people who manage them.
How we work
Seven things we hold ourselves to.
These are commitments, not slogans. They apply to a single restroom repair and to a portfolio of sites across four states.
If we fall short on any of them, tell us. We would rather hear it than lose the account.
- 01
Scheduling you can plan around
You know the day, the window and who is coming. If a visit has to move, we call before it moves, not after.
- 02
One point of contact
One person who knows your locations, your access instructions and your history with us. You don’t explain the building twice.
- 03
Documented work on every ticket
Every ticket closes with notes: what we found, what we did, what parts went in, and anything that still needs attention.
- 04
Clean, protected job sites
We protect floors and finishes before work starts, keep the area contained while we work, and take old parts and debris with us.
- 05
Right the first time
We fix the cause, not the symptom. If a repair won’t hold, we tell you and explain the options, instead of coming back for the same problem next month.
- 06
Respect for occupied buildings
Restaurants stay open. Tenants keep working. We plan shut-offs, noise and access around your operation, and we check in with the on-site contact when we arrive and before we leave.
- 07
Safety on every job
Work areas are marked off, tools and materials are kept out of walkways, and nobody cuts corners to finish faster. That goes for our crew, your staff and your customers.
Where we work
Based in Tennessee. Working in four states.
Our headquarters is in Nashville, Tennessee, and our customers are in Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky. A business with locations in more than one of those states has one company to call and one standard of work at every site.
